I made this page back in my Holland days, but it still holds true and is applicable to other breeds as well. This page is to give an idea of the wide array of colors along with a photo as accurately possible taking into account the limits of photography. If you have a photo of a Holland in a color I do not have, please email a quality photo (no pixilation) and I will give you credit. Colour descriptions are based on the SOP as published by the ARBA in the Holland Lop standard, although I hope to expand this page to include all colours and other breeds.

WIDEBAND
While the group name implies that all of these colors have the wideband gene, this is not the case. In reality, only red is a true genetic wideband and the rest (including red) are all nonextension (ee). In Holland Lops, the cream color is the dilute of orange. In Hollands, fawn is a orange that has no rufous and hence it has a separate color so it can still show. It is still a dense color. If you have any breed other than Hollands, think of cream as your fawn. Hopefully this is something that the HRLSC will change to standardize with the rest of the breeds in the next SOP. All of these colors are agouti, and will have the standard agouti markings.
